Responsibility
- Initiate, research & create insurance and health educational content for website and social media in different formats, such as article, video, social feed and advertisement copy, to support company’s marketing objectives
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility
- Work with the wider marketing and research team to ensure cross-functional team synergies
- Collaborate with the tech team to support product content and assist in UAT for new product development
- Manage and liaise with external agencies and freelancers
- Provide administrative support to the team if necessary
Qualifications & Skills
- Majoring in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Language Studies or related disciplines
4-6 years’ relevant experiences. Background in finance and news reporting or insurance field is an advantage (for Senior Specialist, Content Marketing) - Candidate with less experience will be considered as Specialist, Content Marketing
- Knowledge on SEO, script writing, graphic design, video shooting and editing would be an asset
- Fluent in English & Cantonese with excellent writing and oral skills
- Ability to analyse data and draw insights
- Creative mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skill
- Proactive and “can-do” attitude
- Familiar with content management system (CMS) and basic HTML
